Terms of Sale
Agreement to terms of sale is provided at purchase. By purchasing a product from Buffalo Bluffs Hemp Farm, you agree to these terms.
Purchaser agrees and understands that all products for purchase on this website contain full spectrum hemp oil including cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and we make no claims that our products diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any disease. By purchasing a hemp derived product, you accept that you are responsible for your own opinion and research as to the benefits that these products provide.
All of our products offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price. We must receive the unused portion of the product within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased it, in order for a full refund. You must also present to us the receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns.
Shipping Carrier Lost Package
Please contact us if package shows no activity via the tracking number after 7 business days. Buffalo Bluffs Hemp Farm will file a claim with the shipping carrier and will resend your order free of charge, after the claim is resolved. Buffalo Bluffs Hemp Farm is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to the responsibility of shipping carrier. Packages that show completion of delivery, are not eligible for this policy. Buffalo Bluffs Hemp Farm is also not responsible for customer entering the incorrect shipping address.
Damage Due to Shipping
We carefully inspect and package each of our products before shipping. However, if your products are damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery in order to make a claim. Please provide a detailed description of product damage as it was found upon opening package, including a photo if possible.
When your return is received, we will notify you, and inspect the returned item. If your return is accepted, we will refund the full or partial amount on your original form of payment, or as a credit. Please review your card issuer’s policy for timeframe of return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
